About the Role:

All Systems Electrical is hiring Standby Service Technicians to perform local service and repair work at customer distribution centers located within Las Vegas. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to respond to equipment issues as they arise — sometimes during early morning or weekend hours.

You’ll work hands-on with industrial equipment (primarily conveyor systems), supporting ongoing operations and helping keep facilities fully functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and related industrial machinery.

• Respond to emergency service calls within Las Vegas.

• Follow direction from Service Managers and Leads to complete daily tasks.

• Use hand tools, power tools, testing meters, and specialty equipment safely.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.

• Use a smartphone or tablet to send and receive documentation and updates.

• Maintain tools, clean work areas, and follow all OSHA and company safety policies.

What You Bring:

• Experience with conveyor systems or similar industrial equipment preferred.

• Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Welding experience (Arc or MIG) a plus.

• PLC or control system experience a plus.

• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
